Each organization bidding should have two accounts (one for each person). After that, you will be asked to verify your bid and choose to submit the bid or cancel it. Once you click submit bid, it is considered final.

  6. Up to two student groups will have the option to build on two adjacent lots (Double Shack!), provided that their bids are more than twice the average bid. If the group does not wish to build on two lots, they will give up their second lot to the first runner-up. All bids are final, regardless of the number of lots desired. The average bid will be posted on the website.

  7. When the bidding has finished on Friday, all winning groups will receive further instructions via email. Winning groups will be allowed to choose their lots based on ranking in the auction. This activity will take place at the mandatory meeting on Monday, April 7th, 2014.

  8. Winning groups must pay Habitat the amount they pledged on the website by Friday, April 4th at 4pm. Groups that did not win in the auction will not owe Habitat any money.

  9. Two student groups are allowed to share a bid. Both names of each group must be listed on this contract and one person from each group must sign this contract. This team will be listed on the website as a Org1/Org2.
